Capt. Georgios Stylianides Trainer at Odysseus Maritime Training Centre

We are pleased to announce that Capt. Georgios Stylianides will be joining Odysseus Maritime Training Centre in the position of a Trainer,  effective from October 2023. Capt. Georgios began his career in 1977 at Kymi’s Merchant Marine Academy and has extensive experience in shipping sector more than 46 years. Captain Georgios has worked in Private and Public sector as Merchant Marine Officer, both at sea and ashore, as an Inspector with the Cyprus Port and Marine Police and as Marine Surveyor A’, in the Shipping Deputy Ministry to the President. We are confident that Capt. Georgios transfer of experience and knowledge will be to the utmost benefit of the trainees.

Therefore, Odysseus Maritime Training Centre will be accepting applications for Basic Training A-VI/1 P 2.1.1.1-4 (Full & Refresher) and Crowd Management, Familiarization and Safety Training A-V/2 P.1-4 Courses as on the beginning of October 2023.

Courses are approved by the Deputy Ministry of Shipping and will be delivered in English and Greek.

Duration of Courses is as per below:

Basic Training A-VI/1 P 2.1.1.1-4: 8 days full-time course

Basic Training Refresher: 2 days full-time course

Crowd Management, Familiarization and Safety Training A-V/2 P.1-4: 1-day full-time course
